退款政策

Returns

In order to be eligible for a return the following must apply:

  • Your item must be returned unopened & unused, in the same condition that it was sent. If you have removed an items packaging or seal you will void your right to a refund. 
  • Return postage is the buyers responsibility and all postage costs are non refundable. 
  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
  • In order to complete your return, please include your packing slip or piece of paper with your name and order number on.

PLEASE NOTE: If your item goes missing in the post you will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend that you use a tracked service and where necessary purchase shipping insurance so that you can make a claim with your postal service for the value of the items if your package goes missing.

Sadly there are some situations where only partial refunds can be granted. This includes items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Your items will be assessed before a refund is issued.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return your purchase please email contact@paperdream.uk including your order number and the reason why. 

Exclusions

If you have opened or removed an items packaging that item will not be eligible for a refund. 

Products that have been personalised or were purchased as part of a sale are not eligible for return.

Products returned by the postal service due to the customers refusal to pay any customs fees will not be eligible for a full refund. Any additional charges incurred as a result (including VAT, duties & additional postage costs) will be deducted from the refund amount due.

Shipping

Before returning your product please contact us first and we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot guarantee your item will reach us safely and therefore we recommend that you use a tracked service and where necessary purchase shipping insurance so that you can make a claim with your postal service for the value of the items if your package goes missing.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if an item has been sent to you in error. If there was an error with your order please email us at contact@paperdream.uk with the details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days from the date we confirmed your refund, first contact your bank or credit card company.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
